This Launching Tag was given to the Sea Owl Association by Anita Cantin Matott of Lancaster, NH, in loving memory of her father, Philip Hardy Cantin, 2nd class SRU, who was working in the Portsmouth Navy Yard during the construction of the
Sea Owl.
